This is a replacement salt water cell for the OEM Hayward T-15 for pools up to 40,000 gallons. Chlorinator Pro's generic replacement cell for the Hayward Model T-15 was designed to maximize efficiency and life expectancy. The electrodes are coated with an extra heavy deposit of the precious metals Ru and Ir. That means higher electrical conductivity and increased catalytic action. Accelerated life testing under optimal pool chemistry conditions has indicated that more than 6 years life can be expected. This cell is not manufactured by Hayward.
